Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Here is the ingredient list:

Ranch Dressing

1 c. LF Cottage Cheese

½ c. LF Sour Cream

¼ c. Buttermilk

½ t salt

¼ t pepper

1 T. Dill

1 t gran. Garlic

5 sprigs or more Parsley

1 or 2 Scallions
